I took this last night, in New Lothrup, MI. Is that an old-timey sign or WHAT?! My father-in-law said that was Gracie's meat market building once upon a time. He remembers driving out to buy a side of beef on a regular basis.
Great dinner with lots of Bests to celebrate Dick & Shirley's anniversary and their birthdays.

We parked on the next block (hang a left as you leave Gracie's) right in front of the meat market building, and I noticed the side of the building as we were walking to the car. What a snapshot of a time & place!
